Four commitments that shape what we take on and how we run it.
Strategy and engineering, or neither
We do not hand over a recommendation for someone else to implement, and we do not build to a specification we were not allowed to question. The two halves fail separately: strategy without execution is a slide deck, engineering without strategy is technical debt.
The answer is sometimes no
A meaningful share of the AI programmes we are asked about should not proceed as scoped. Saying so early costs us the engagement and saves the client considerably more. A consultancy that has never talked a client out of something is not advising.
Tradeoffs get written down
Every architecture decision closes doors. We record which ones, and why, so the team inheriting the system can tell a deliberate constraint from an accident. Most of what looks like legacy is a good decision whose reasoning was lost.
Independent of the vendors
We hold no reseller margin and no partner quota, so the recommendation is not shaped by anyone else. When a hyperscaler or a platform is the right answer, that is why we said so.
