Privacy Notice

This notice explains what ValueQue Middle East Consulting L.L.C-FZ collects through this website, why, and what happens to it. It describes what the site actually does rather than what a website of this kind might do.

What we collect

We collect information in one place only: when you choose to start a conversation with us. Nothing is collected from you simply by reading these pages.

• What you tell the inquiry conversation: your objective, the type of organization you work for, the stage you are at, and your description of what success looks like.
• The contact details you provide: name, company, work email, phone number and country. Only name and email are required.
• The page you started the conversation from, so we know what you were reading.

If you use the assistant, the conversation is stored so we can review the quality of its answers and correct them.

What we do not collect

• No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• No third-party analytics or marketing pixels.
• No profiling, and no automated decision with a legal or similarly significant effect.
• No content of any kind is sold or shared with data brokers.

Why we hold it

To respond to your inquiry and to assess whether we can help. That is a legitimate interest in responding to someone who has approached us. You are not added to a marketing list and we do not send unsolicited follow-ups.

Who can see it

Inquiry records are visible only to ValueQue staff with an operational reason to see them, enforced by role-based access control. They are never exposed through any public interface on this site.

Where an AI provider is configured, the description you wrote may be sent to that provider to produce an internal summary for the advisor reading your inquiry. Your contact details are not sent for that purpose.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are retained for 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. If an engagement follows, the relevant records are governed by that contract instead.

Where it is held

In a PostgreSQL database operated on our behalf. Depending on hosting configuration this may be outside the United Arab Emirates, protected by the provider contract.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Start a conversation using any contact route on this site and say so; we will act on it and confirm when it is done.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies. See the cookie policy for the small number of technical items it does use.
