A single-page site for an engineering acceleration service, built to argue its own case rather than list capabilities. The narrative runs from why prototypes fail, through a production journey with stage progression, a maturity model, an enterprise readiness checklist, observability and performance, into cloud architecture and pipeline diagrams drawn as inline SVG from node arrays rather than pasted images. A readiness assessment scores a visitor's own stack, renders a report with charts, and posts the lead to a hardened serverless function that writes a private object to blob storage, falls back to a key-value store, then to a sanitised structured log, so a captured lead is never quietly dropped. Behind a token gate sits a revenue intelligence console: KPIs, a conversion funnel, the most common production gaps across submissions, lead quality mix, a filterable table, a pipeline board and a per-lead drawer with score, timeline and editable stage, owner and notes, plus CSV export and a demo-data mode for previewing the surface without a backend. Copy and structured data live in one content module, so a new journey stage, service, FAQ entry or diagram is a data edit rather than new markup. Dark mode is the default with a persisted light theme, every icon is inline SVG, and there is no icon library or external asset anywhere in the build.
- Readiness assessment scores a visitor's stack and renders a charted report
- Lead writes degrade blob storage to key-value store to structured log, never dropped
- Token-gated admin: funnel, common production gaps, pipeline board, lead drawer, CSV export
- Demo-data mode previews the whole console with no backend attached
- Diagrams are data-driven node arrays, so a new architecture is an entry not a component
- All copy colocated in one content module instead of scattered through JSX
- Dark-first with a persisted light theme and inline SVG for every icon
- Command palette and concierge for navigating a long single page
