Safemate

A private trust network where a scam victim reports what happened, Safemate finds others who reported the same person, and the two connect only if both agree. A report identifies the scammer by photo, social channel, mobile number or any other identifier, and each identifier is normalised and stored as a keyed fingerprint so independent reports can be matched without revealing anyone. When reports point at the same person, both victims are told a match exists; either can request to connect and the other decides whether to accept. Nothing is ever public: Safemate sells the connection between two consenting victims, never information about the reported person. Reporting, matching and accepting are free, and the requester pays a flat fee only when the other side accepts. It works across fraud, dating, lending, marketplaces and hiring, with a moderation console for disputes, a daily expiry job for stale reports, encrypted report data and an Arabic-ready interface.
