The third main-series book, and the one that turns agent accountability from an argument into something a market can price. Where The Blast Radius maps consequence and The Price of a Decision asks what it is worth, this one specifies the instruments: the ensure to insure lifecycle and the gates between its stages, an agent assurance framework across evaluation, governance, operational, security and ethical pillars, a liability model spread across seven parties that is shared, proportional and traceable, Decision Blast Radius scored in four zones on seven metrics, and an Agent Insurability Index of twelve dimensions in four bands. The build half is written as specification rather than opinion: action classes and decision authority, human-assured autonomy, telemetry as the evidence substrate, agent forensics, and insurable-by-design. Its centre is chapter fourteen, which runs the same company and the same agent through two universes, one instrumented and one not, and prices the difference. Two spines run through the same body, one for the executive who has been asked to approve an autonomy programme with no way to evaluate the risk being accepted, one for the architect who will be paged when the agent misbehaves, and both converge on that chapter. Every chapter closes with three actions, the role that owns each one, the artefact it produces and the time box it belongs in, cumulative from front to back, ending in an implementation checklist and a ninety-day plan. Non-fiction, 137 pages in print, originated in the UAE and written for global adoption.
